It's been a rough week. We've kind of hit the point where we're not learning as fast as we have been and we're just getting sick of the MTC, and want to get out to the mission field so time will start moving. We're all homesick, so hopefully things will get better. We just got our new transfer today, and then we leave in three weeks. It's crazy that we're almost done! I'm going to print off all of the emails everyone sent me and read them after this. I don't have time to answer now, sorry! I think I'm going to slowly start packing again for Montevideo cause I don't want to have to do it all the night before. It's going to be another nightmare!
Proselitismo was good on Saturday...we beat all of our goals and talked to tons of people! This next Saturday is our last week in this area, then we get a new area for two Saturdays, then we fly to Uruguay...finally!
Mom, I really miss your cooking. Yesterday was a national holiday for Argentina so they made us this weird soup that basically had ground up pig in it. In my bowl of soup I pulled out a big toenail-claw thing from a pig, some tongue, and some weird bones. It was gross, haha! We all had a big breakfast this morning cause nobody ate last night.
I hope everyone is doing well at home! School's out! I miss everyone, and Utah, and nice people...I could go on...I love it here but it's been hard lately. Mom, I got your letter that you sent. I can only read mail on p-days so I'm not sure when it came but thanks!!! That was nice to get! Hermano Mamone called the moms of the Elders in my district (with my calling card, sheesh!) haha, but it was good to do, since they wouldn't let us call. I might be able to call at the airport but I'm not sure.
Well, sorry I don't have any cool stories this week, just another week at the MTC. I miss and love you all and I hope you are all doing okay! I'm going to print off these e-mails now and read them, and I'll answer them this week.
Love you all,
Love, Elder Griffin
