Since mom is now a breast cancer survivor, we thought it would be fun for all of us to do the Race for the Cure in Salt Lake last Saturday. Mom and all of her daughters, most of her granddaughters, (the ones who where old enough) Aunt Mary and her daughters, and Tyson's girlfriend, Hayley, all had a great time! We didn't really race, it was more of a leisurely walk for the cure. We had a fun weekend with dinner at the Garden in the Joseph Smith Building and then a night at the Hilton before the race. It was awesome to be there with so many other people who have been affected by breast cancer. It was a great experience, and we are so happy that mom could be there to "race" with us. We love you mom!!!

I had to take a picture of Lauren's huge
sandwich. (And no, she couldn't
eat it all!) |

I only wear my "I love boobies" bracelet on special
occasions, of course, and we all had matching bright
pink nail polish for the race. |

We love you so much mom! Thanks for being a great example to us. We're so thankful you are a survivor!"
