From Elder Griffin: Yesterday Was Awesome!

Buen día a todos en la tierra prometida!
It was awesome to see you all on skype yesterday haha. It was super fun, I'm glad it all worked out well. I have the best family ever, not even kidding. You all look so good too haha! Sheesh, the kids are getting huge. That's awesome. The next time we talk it´ll be for Christmas and I'll be close to getting home anyway haha. I miss you all, but I'm glad its all going well at home! That is soo cool that Josh got ordained an elder yesterday. CONGRATS!!! Sheesh that is so cool, I'm so excited to know where you´re going haha. Well, I already know.. California Chinese for sure. That is dang sweet of Hayley to bring a cake over haha, gosh dang it. Isn't she just awesome?:) That sounds suuuper good too. I´d pay a good load of pesos to be able to have a piece of cake from there.... hmmmm. I missed going to grandmas house for the big dinner!. So changes came... but nothing changed haha. We are still here as zone leaders in Melo. There were a lot of changes with other missionaries in our zone, but we stay, luckily! It is getting a little chillier here now, but is good.. I've got more than I need, and yes haha I can find hot chocolate here, thanks. We have a lot of heaters in our apartment and a fireplace, so we´re good:) After we did Skype yesterday, we went and taught a lesson to one of our investigators... he´s an interesting man haha. His name is Nebert, and he is SUPER catholic. You walk in his house and he has little wind chimes hanging all over the ceilings, and stars of David all lit up and monk music playing haha. He's a tiny little single guy. Its funny, we're trying to get him to get baptized. Then, after that we had a charla with an older couple in the ward that's less active. It was a good afternoon! The pics I'm sending with my comp and the two guys sitting on the bench are our two converts that received the priesthood yesterday, Jaun Jose and Oscar haha they are the best. The pics of the beach are of when I went to Montevideo for the interchange with the assistants, the other pics are of the church from our apartment window, and the pic of the city is from our window too. Today we went and bought some stuff to send home in a package:) Well, I love you all. Thanks for all the support and being awesome. I have to write some letters today, so if you haven't been gettin any, they're coming.
Stay Classy.
Chau, Elder Griffin
