Welcome!

Welcome to our family blog! I have been wanting to start a blog since before Cooper was born, and here he is almost two years old, and I am just barely getting around to it. Last fall my sister had a new baby and we were looking at his cute little baby pictures on her blog. Caden saw pictures of his cousins on the computer and thought it was just the coolest thing. He kept saying "where's us?" So I decided then that I really should get started. I have just been waiting till I could get caught up on the laundry, but I have recently had to admit to myself that that's just never going to happen. So, here I am surrounded by laundry and a floor that needs to be mopped, writing on our little family blog.

I realize that there won't be many people who actually read this blog on a regular basis (except my mom, maybe. Hi, mom!), but I hope my kids will enjoy it and I will feel better having some of our family's experiences recorded. Since I have been wanting to do this for a long time now, I will probably throw in a little "back-blogging", to share some of the things I would have been writing about if I would have been more on the ball and started sooner. So, here goes. Hope I can keep up!
